In 2023, Coastal was contracted by Newmark to complete structural repairs and exterior repainting on three warehouses at a major industrial property. Due to the exceptional quality of work and efficient project execution, Coastal was brought back in 2024 to complete similar repairs on three additional warehouses.
Impressed by Coastal’s professionalism, attention to detail, and consistent delivery, the property manager awarded the team a high-profile project in 2025: the restoration of a warehouse currently occupied by Amazon.
