are announcing a leadership transition as part of our continued evolution and focus on long-term

Our Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of Meli Figueres from her role as Chief Executive

Officer. We are grateful for her leadership and contributions during an important period for our

company.

We are pleased to share that Michael B. Maglio has been appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer,

effective immediately.

Michael brings extensive leadership experience and a deep understanding of our operations, teams,

and strategic priorities. In this role, he will focus on maintaining operational continuity, strengthening

execution across our projects, and driving performance across the business.
