A Different Kind of Leadership – A woman CEO in the world of Commercial Painting and Concrete Restoration.

As the CEO of Coastal Painting & Restoration, I am proud to lead a minority-owned business dedicated to excellence, diversity, and community impact. As a Latina entrepreneur from Costa Rica, I’ve brought with me a deep commitment to empowering underrepresented voices in our industry. Coastal Painting & Restoration stands as a testament to the resilience, strength, and determination of minority business owners.

Our values go beyond the job site. With the support of our marketing department, we’ve launched new initiatives focused on community engagement and meaningful social contribution—efforts that reflect who we are and what we stand for.
Leadership in this industry looks different for me. I care about the details, but more importantly, I care about the people who make the work happen every day.
This is a tough business. The work can be loud and messy. The days are long, the mornings early, and the hard hats necessary. But I love it—because I understand the strength and discipline it takes to do this job well.
And I’m not doing this just for myself. I’m doing this for every woman who has ever been told she doesn’t belong on a job site, in a boardroom, or at the head of the table. We don’t just belong here—we bring something powerful to the table.
